WASHING HANDS and DISHES

A small ceramic dish with baking soda or sea salt by
the sink can be used to wash HANDS by taking
a pinch and rubbing wet hands together with the baking soda.  It is the friction that gets things clean. Additional ANTIMICROBIAL concerns can be addressed by using Grapefruit Seed Extract by NutriBiotics and the small bottle fits in a pocket easily for restroom visits away from home. Add one drop to wet hands or mix with the baking soda.
Another HAND helper, for breaking down calcium deposits
and JOINT swelling is to soak in a mild white vinegar that is made from
apples and is preferably organic.
If using oil on skin  organic coconut, sesame, sunflower oil
can be used on wet hands until chemical residue buildup is
dispersed and then it will be no longer be necessary.  DRY SKIN
is dead skin and without petrol chemical products dead skin
is exfoliated gently with baking soda.  Caution!  Going back
and forth  can cause a head on collision for regenerating cells
and disruptions on the skin may occur.  Note: Sodium
Laurel Sulfate is the petrol chemical that creates SUDS even in
homemade soaps and studies show it is highly linked to organ
toxicity.

Use the same things for washing DISHES by dipping a brush into the dish of  baking soda or salt and scrubbing dishes then rinsing thoroughly. For burned pots just sprinkle scorched area with baking soda and vinegar and scrub off easily after soaking a bit.
Baking soda and vinegar can also be used in the dishwasher same way as petrol products.
