IN THE SHOWER

In the shower, you can sprinkle baking soda on SKIN and rub to exfoliate, put it on a wash cloth or make a paste. It is necessary to step out from under the water
while applying then rinse thoroughly when completely exfoliated.  Sesame, or sunflower organic Oils can be applied lightly to wet skin when in transition but are generally not necessary once chemical buildup is gone.  OTHER OPTIONS include fine grind SEA SALT rubbed on skin with wet hands for exfoliation of dry skin because "dry skin is dead skin". You can even do this without getting wet first and then rinse using minimal water and time. Starting at toes and fingers and moving towards heart also clears lymph, where toxins clog flow and enter bloodstream. MY FAVORITE is ORGANIC HONEY mixed with water (start with 1 tablespoon in a 12 oz bottle of water then experiment to find your best ratio) and poured over skin or into palm and rubbed onto skin then rinsed well. Straight honey is also very soothing and can be used lightly with more rinsing and rubbing if you don't mind the stickiness. For a deep clearing of toxic accumulations ACTIVATED CHARCOAL can be mixed with water in the same way and used occasionally when you have time to rinse thoroughly and clean it off the shower. If you miss the slippery feeling of soap you can use BENTONITE CLAY occasionally or any of these intermittently with the honey for balancing and soothing detoxification.

HAIR care options include making a paste with
baking soda and water, work it into the scalp, rinse
thoroughly and hair will be conditioned naturally
by the balanced oils the body produces.  Hair product buildup can
require a transition period of a couple of weeks.  For DRY HAIR you can rinse the scalp with a mild vinegar and either
leave in or rinse.  Using mild vinegar is good for tangles
and removing yeast which causes an itchy scalp. OTHER OPTIONS include all of the things above (for showering) rubbed into scalp and rinsed thoroughly thru ends of hair. My favorite is HONEY FOR FULLNESS, and occasionally just vinegar mixed with water to hold oils or clear ends. A WOOL CAP can help hair dry faster or while sleeping and add lanolin (as well as B12 to hair and scalp.  In humid weather a tiny bit of
coconut oil can be rubbed into the ends of wet hair. A rinse with Nutribiotics GSE concentrate added to a bottle of water also adds glycerin to help dry hair.
For STYLING , organic aloe vera juice (for drinking) can be applied to dry or wet hair. Diluted honey can also hold hair in place.

I have had the most amazing experience using baking soda in the shower. My skin used to have a red discolouration on my arms and they had bumps on them. My hair used to be more oily. I used to break out on my face constantly. Going clean has made every issue disappear. No more break outs or bumpy red arms or oily hair. I feel great!
